How to Post-Run Yoga Routine



Anyway, today's yoga session has never sounded so good than it does now! As I spend more and more time on my treadmill, I've noticed little aches and pains coming back to haunt me.

I'm not even going that hard, either. Sometimes it seems as though my time spent running on the treadmill hurts me more than it benefits because it's so hard on my body. Anyone else feel that way? I feel like there has to be some sort of balance between how hard I exercise and how much I want to hurt afterward. 

Because really, what's the point of working out so hard if I'm just going to suffer for it in the long run? That's why when I spotted this post-run yoga routine on Pinterest,  I've tried it a few times, and I think that just having the routine to go back to repeatedly has really helped.
